COBRA Teen and College Self Defense is a 3-hour comprehensive reality-based class. Students will learn the skills young people need to stay safe. This course covers the psychology of self-defense, parking lot and traffic safety, anti-abduction training and social media, email, and texting safety. Students will learn physical defense skills in a reality-based scenario environment. COBRA is an exciting and empowering way to learn life-saving skills.
